European Heritage Days – Journées du Patrimoine
This year the European Heritage Days – Journées du Patrimoine – will take place on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21th of September.
During this 31th edition, public and private sites will be opened to the public, and the entry for most of them will be for free.
This cultural meeting offers the possibility to visit monuments, churches, theatres, castles. Moreover, private places such as banks, prefectures, city Halls, scientific and industrial sites will also be opened to the public.
This year’s theme is “cultural Heritage, natural Heritage” and in its program you will find themed tours, performances, concerts and workshops.
Linked to this theme, you also will be able to visit historical monuments and protected or natural spaces.
You will find an information point open from Monday the 15th to Sunday the 21th of September in the Hall of the Ministry of Culture and Communication situated on 182 rue Saint-Honore.
