The Musée Maillol welcomes the masterpieces of American Pop Art on the occasion of its collaboration with the Whitney Museum of American Art.

It opens its doors to visitors until January 21, 2018 and presents a true anthology of American art of the sixties and seventies. The opportunity to meet Andy Warhol’s famous Marilyn, the series of flags signed by Jasper Johns and the comics by Roy Lichtenstein. The excess of the American way of life has inspired a generation of artists who have depicted with humor the reality of the emergence of the American consumer society.
