“The Parisienne” – The Champ-de-Mars will host the 17th edition of the Parisienne, a sporting event exclusively for women.

This year, 30,000 candidates have registered to participate in the 17th edition of the Parisienne, a running race of 6 km in the middle of Paris and reserved for women.

While waiting for the start scheduled in the morning of Sunday, September 15, “La Parisienne” village will open its doors as from Friday, on the Champ-de-Mars, and this year, Japan will have the place of honor. During the whole weekend, activities will be proposed to enable the public to discover the land of the Rising Sun. On the program: introductory workshops to dancing, music or cuisine.

As in previous editions, the Parisienne will also be an opportunity to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer. Various informative stands dedicated to sport and health in general, will, moreover, be provided to the public who wishes to (re)discover the pleasure of spending energy.
